(a) On or about September 9, 2012 the sandblaster at Ram Machine Tooling, Inc was over exposed to total silica dust at a concentration of 10.37 mg/M3 expressed as an 8-hour time-weighted average of approximately 14 times the daily Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 0.714 mg/M3 based on a 274 minute sampling period; exposure calculations included a zero - increment for the time not sampled.
