29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. (a) Main interior of warehouse one, east of storefront: On September 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, metal racks used to store construction materials and office furnishings, had damaged vertical support legs. Additionally, no vertical support legs were anchored to the floor. (b) Northeast side of warehouse one, east of storefront: On September 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, metal racks used to store construction materials, had damaged cross-bracing. Additionally, some vertical support legs were not anchored to the floor. (c) Warehouse two, southeast and not adjoining to storefront: On September 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, metal racks used to store construction materials and parts, had damaged cross-bracing. (d) Warehouse three, adjoining storefront: On September 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, metal racks used to store construction materials and office furnishings, had damaged vertical support legs. Additionally, vertical support legs were not anchored to the floor. Note 2: Abatement certification required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Southwest interior wall of warehouse one, east of the storefront: On September 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees working in the cutting area were exposed to contact with electrical current from an auxiliary 115 V flexible cord lacking strain relief. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
