(a) Top Plate, new residential construction located at 385 Seawright Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employee operating a Hitachi (Model NR83A2 Strip Framing Nail Gun at 110 PSI was exposed to eye injuries when safety glasses were not provided while operating pneumatic tools.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502: (a) Front top plate, new residential construction located at 385 Seawright Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employees installing 1/2-inch OSB plywood sheathing on the top plate located at heights of approximately 7-feet, 5-inches from the lower roof were not provided with a fall protection system.
