29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(ii)(B) as required by 1960.8(b): The employer's Exposure Control Plan did not include the schedule and methods of implementation for 29 CFR 1910.1030(d) methods of compliance: Ironwood Community Based Outpatient Clinic, employee's were exposed to blood, and the employer did not ensure that the exposure control plan included the methods of implementation in accordance with 1910.1030(d) for the following topics: (1) Emergency cleaning procedures after an exposure incident. The plan did not contain site-specific procedures for flushing mucous membranes with water per 1910.1030(d)(2)(vi). (2) Cleaning and decontamination schedules. The plan did not contain site-specific procedures for cleaning and method of decontamination per per 1910.1030(d)(4)(i).
