29 CFR 1910.157(g)(3) as required by 1960.8(b): The employer shall provide employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as part of an emergency action plan with training in the use of the appropriate equipment. Ironwood Community Based Outpatient Clinic, the employer failed to provide annual training on portable fire extinguishers that included hands-on training to employees designated to use portable fire extinguishers.
