F. when subjected to a 10-minute fire test using the standard time-temperature curve as set forth in Standard Methods of Fire Tests of Building Construction and Materials, NFPA 251-1969, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:    This violation most recently occurred on or about September 18, 2013, in the painting room area; where the employer used a storage cabinet that was not designed or constructed to meet minimal fire resistance as required to store flammable and combustible substances, including Deflect Essential, Code 913053 and Epoxy Primer Hardner, JH 3770.
