29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: On or about September 19, 2013, the employer failed to keep the working surfaces and cleaning items used by the employees of the facility clean and free from the accumulation for lead. Throughout the facility, work surfaces were contaminated with lead ranging from 22.4 micrograms per 30 square centimeters (22.4mcg/30 cm^2) to 131.7 mcg/30 cm^2 on, but not limited to door handles and laundry chutes. The Electronic Recycling and Trading was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315629931, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 30, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 15508 Bratton Lane, Austin, TX 78728.
