29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:     a)  On side of trailer office - on or about September 18, 2013, an extension cord supplying electrical power to a Milwaukee shop saw and to a charger used for charging a battery pack for portable hand held drills and nail guns used by employees was located across the driveway and subject to damage by vehicular traffic, resulting in an electrical hazard.       ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
