Employees were not protected from falling approximately 15-feet 3-inches to ground level. The employees were not wearing personal fall arrest systems nor had guard rails or safety nets been installed to provide protection from falling. Additionally, there was no warning line system in place on the 48-foot 2-inch wide, low-slope, roof.
