29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: (a) Attic Area - On or about November 16, 2023, the employees were exposed to fall hazards from a height of approximately 18-feet to a lower level, in that the employer did not ensure that the walking/working surfaces on which its employees are to work have the strength and structural integrity. The walking/working surface could not support the employees and equipment being carried.
