(a) Rehabilitation of water tower and fountains (SUCF project 91A58), North side of the fountains, on or about 9/24/13 -- Employees performing masonry work along an elevated landing and stairway were not protected from fall hazards; employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 0 to approximately 15 feet above a lower level.
