Any deficiencies such as listed shall be carefully examined and determination made as to whether they constitute a safety hazard: a) Jobsite, 317 Van Vorst Rd. Glenville, NY- On or about 09/20/13 -- 2000 Sterling flatbed truck crane had not been inspected at 1 to 12 month intervals in accordance with 1910.180(d)(2)(ii); crane was last inspected 10/14/2011.
