29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about September 25, 2013, at the worksite located at 10914 Kanis Road in Little Rock, Arkansas, the elevated work platform attached to the Extreme material lift that employees worked from and used to access designated work areas on the roof, was not approved for use by the manufacturer. This condition exposed employees to tip-over and falls from elevation.
