An adequate and complete first aid kit was not available in the immediate area when employees used and/or handled corrosive products such as gasoline, diesel, oils, and other chemical fluids during repair and maintenance operations. On or about Sept 17, 2013, at the work maintenance shack, St. Croix Yatch Club, USVI.  Employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as diesel, gasoline, paints, oils and other fluids used and/or handled.
