Location: 155 East 50 Street New York, NY / North Side of the Building On or About: 10/11/13 a) Employees were working on the second floor next to an unprotected elevator shaft while exposed to a potential fall of 20 feet to the ground below. b) Employees were working on the cellar next to an unprotected elevator shaft while exposed to a potential fall of 10 feet to the ground below
