29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) On or about 10/15/2013, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for pedestrian aisles or Auto-bagger work stations where forklifts and side-lifts had to cross into the pedestrian aisle in order to clear pallets from adjacent racking and to pass other powered industrial vehicles in the traffic aisle. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED.
