29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used:    At the time of the inspection, employees working in the load and unload areas of Phase 3 plating had not been adequately trained in the methods to detect the release of a hazardous chemicals and specific procedures to protect themselves if the ventilation system failed. TG Missouri and Kelly Services employees were not trained on the specific hazards of chemicals such as nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and hexavalent chrome.       Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation.  The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful.  The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
