29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Quality Construction Corporation at 54 Vaquero Trail, Greeley, CO 80634: On October 30, 2013 the employer, did not ensure the employee was protected from injury, in that an employee engaged in roofing operations on a roof with 8:12 and 10:12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
