29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure; a) Receiving area - An extension cord was used to service an Avery Dennison, 120 volt, Monarch 9825, Product ID: M09825, Serial: 11030295 ticket machine. The equipment was used daily by the employees in the receiving area. The violation was observed on or about October 21, 2013.
