Condition observed on or about October 18, 2013. VIP Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311273916, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/2008, with respect to a workplace located at The Court At Upper Providence Bldg. H, Royersford , PA 19465.
