29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about October 22, 2013, at 7510 Settles Walk Lane, Suwanee, Georgia:  Tow employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling lumber, hammers, and nail guns from the employees working above them when they did not wear hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On or about October 22, 2013, at 7510 Settles Walk Lane, Suwanee, Georgia:  a) Three employees performing framing work on a house were exposed to struck-by and impalement hazards from wood chips and nails when they used nail guns without eye protection.  b) An employee performing framing work was exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips and saw dust when he used a Makita 5007F circular saw without eye protection.
