29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about at 1/14/15 located at 5310 Scenic Valley Dr., Cumming, GA: Employees were framing a house with lumber and trusses while on the first and the second floor walls top plates, as scrap 2x4s was observed falling to the ground as employees was working below passing the trusses up to the 2nd floor, without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.
