Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. a. Food Preparation Area- On or about October 18, 2013, employees were required to access an obstructed panel box. Panel box A located in kitchen area was blocked and obstructed by a soda dispensing unit. Thereby exposing employees to shock, electrocution, and fire hazard(s).
