29 CFR 1910.184(c)(12): Sling(s) were pulled from under load(s) when load(s) were resting on the sling(s): (a) Shipping Area - On or about October 22, 2013, an employee was struck and trapped under two nested and banded conveyor frames, each weighing approximately 800 pounds and placed on their side, while attempting to remove a 30-foot lifting sling from under the load as it rested on the sling.
