29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a. Welding Area - On or about February 2, 2018, Employees working in adjacent areas, and those walking past welding areas, exposed to the hazards of welding arc flash. No welding screens were being used to prevent exposure to the welding flash.
