(b) 105 Davis Dr: The energy control procedure for the Dip Tank did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down the machine in that the procedure contained step number 1 for the shutting down of a valve that was no longer present on the machine, on or about 10-29-13. (c) 180 Davis Dr: The energy control procedures for the Multivac and Multivac Heat Shrink Tunnel did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down the machine in that the procedures did not identify any specific energy isolating devices to be used or their locations or procedures for operation of these devices, on or about 10-29-13.
