29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about October 21, 2013, east side of the construction site, employees utilizing a Jenny air-compressor with a power cord that had the outer sheathing pulled away from the strain relief device exposing employees to electrical hazards.

On or about October 21, 2013, on the east side of the residential construction site, employees who worked without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11 feet while engaged in framing activities.
