29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented. This violation occurred on or about November 18, 2014 at a work site located at 1214 Autumn Mist Way; Euless, Texas; employees performing framing work on the roof were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 24-feet to the lower level. Rafael Jabalera was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 943823, Citation Number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 13, 2013, with a final abatement date of December 18, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 3525 Texas Star, Fort Worth, Texas 76101.
