29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Front side, new residential construction located at 4231 Hardy Avenue, Smyrna, GA 30080: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14-feet, 8-inches to the ground while installing cornice boards on a pump jack scaffold platform in which a fall protection system was not provided. Hector Salamanca was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891196, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/03/2013, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #5; 2529 Vinings Orchard Circle, Smyrna, GA 30080.
