Visible gauges or audible alarm or pressure activated devices were not installed to indicate or insure that the required air velocity was maintained:      Employees were exposed to injury and illness from spray painting operations using flammable wood stains in that the spray booths were not equipped with operational gauges, alarms, or devices to indicate or insure that the required air velocity was maintained.  The measured air velocity over the open face of the booth ranged from 50-80 feet per minute on 11/05/2013.
