29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: a) On October 25, 2013, the employees utilized fork lifts without inspecting them daily to be put into service. The fork lifts were used for full 8-10 hour shifts to load semi-trucks with product, provide machine operators with materials, and to remove completed product from machine operation area and put into storage warehouse. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
