29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:      a) On or about October 25, 2013, Sullivan Roofing Inc. did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems,safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees of Sullivan Roofing Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place.
