29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:      a) On or about October 15, 2014 and at times prior, Sullivan Roofing, Inc. (controlling employer) did not ensure that employees of Big Valle Roofing (exposing employer) were protected with a fall protection system while working on the edge of a residential roof. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 to 24 feet with no fall protection system in place.
