29 CFR 1910.110(b): The handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gas cylinders shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 1910.6 Betar, Inc. /Somerset, NJ - Shop Area: Compressed gas in cylinders including but not limited to Argon, Carbon Dioxide and Oxygen were stored inside the building and were not chained. Reference: Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 Sections 3.3.1 through 3.3.9 "Storage" Section 3.5.1 "Flammable Gases" Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1974 and 1984 Section 3.5 "Storage" Section 3.5.3 "Grouping" Section 3.5.5 "Separation from Combustibles" Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1990 Section 3.7.2.1 "Storage" - Adequate 'Spacing' or 'Segregation by Partitioning' Condition observed on or about October 29, 2013.
