29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) R & R Roofing, LLC on or about October 28, 2013, at the address of 6034 Lake Rd. North Ridgeville, OH: The employer failed to ensure employees were protected from falls while installing new roofing material to a residential type structure. Employees working in this condition were exposed to a 10 ft. fall to the ground below. R & R Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903518, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1850 E. Erie Ave. Lorain, OH.

North Ridgeville, OH: The employer did not ensure that employees had been trained in the appropriate use of fall protection such as but not limited to the use of personal fall arrest systems or alternative measures while performing residential roofing operations. R & R Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903518, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1850 E.
