29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction site: On or about October 28, 2013, five employees were working on the roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than 6-feet to the ground below. Juan Torres, DBA as Johnny's General Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313497703, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on November 10, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 14279 Volcanic Rock, in El Paso, Texas.
