29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about October 29, 2013, at 14162 Albatross Drive, Colorado Springs, CO, 80921, CJ Restoration Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Arteaga Roofing, a subcontractor, were protected from construction site hazards through a program of frequent and regular inspections conducted by a competent person; b) On or about October 30, 2013, at 14191 Albatross Drive, Colorado Springs, CO, 80921, CJ Restoration Inc., as the controlling contractor, did not ensure that employees of Arteaga Roofing, a subcontractor, were protected from construction site hazards through a program of frequent and regular inspections conducted by a competent person.
