29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    (a) for the establishment doing business as Natural Stone Solutions - NSS Millworks located at 1712 Seeds Ave Sarasota (FL) as observed on or about October 30, 2013.  The fabrication employees were using Makita 9564CV Angle Grinders with 4 7/8 inch and 5 3/4 inch diameter cut-off wheels to notch and cut.  The angle grinders were being used in this fashion without guards in place exposing the employees to severe lacerations.
