29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about 10/28/13, the employer had not developed specific written procedures for a mechanical press with electric and hydraulic power used for bending small pieces of aluminum and located in the welding area (northwest side of facility) of the machine shop.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: 1) On or about 10/28/13, in the welding area on the northwest side of the facility, the employer allowed employees to operate a mechanical press in the shop welding area without a legibly marked disconnector in order to bend small pieces of aluminum. 2) On or about 10/28/13, in the welding area near the garage door on the northwest side of the facility, the employer allowed employees to operate a breaker box without legiby marked breakers in order to energize welding machines and lights
