Employees were exposed to falls of more than 19ft. JPE CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.451(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315956003, CITATION 1, ITEM 5B, ISSUED ON 12/7/2011, FINAL ORDER DATE 5/30/2012. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
