PAINT SPRAY BOOTH: On or about November 4, 2013, freshly sprayed articles were moved out of the paint spray booth to dry. Parts of washers and dryers that had been painted were hanging on multiple racks outside the spray booth. A live wall-mounted receptacle was located in close proximity to the racks of freshly sprayed pieces.

The two-parts of the Epoxy Primer have flashpoints of 30 degrees F and 40 degrees F. The two parts of the Acrylic Urethane Enamel have flashpoints of 63 degrees F and 80 degrees F.

Management stated that the drums contained waste flammable paint and thinner.
