29 CFR 1926.151(c)(6): Portable fire extinguishers, rated not less than 2A, were not placed so that maximum travel distance to the nearest unit did not exceed 100 feet: a) Jobsite, 155 School Drive Road, Waynesburg, Pennsylvania 15370: Observed on or about November 04, 2013, portable fire extinguishers were not provided at the jobsite. Employees working at the jobsite were exposed to a fire hazard due to the lack of portable fire extinguishers.
