29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a) Shop Rite (Aramingo Avenue): Employees, (Deli Clerks) while accessing food products from the deli counter, were exposed to trip and fall hazards as the seven deli slicers behind and running the length of the deli counter were powered by electrical cords which extended perpendicularly from the deli case to each deli slicer. The employer did not ensure that each work area was free of cords presenting trip hazards. On or about November 4, 2013.

29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) Shop Rite (Aramingo Avenue): Employees (Deli Clerks), while accessing the meat case located behind the deli slicers, were exposed to slip and fall hazards as water from cleaning activities leaked from beneath the meat case each morning. The employer did not ensure that the employees were not exposed to slip hazards while accessing the meat case. On or about November 4, 2013.
