Observed on or about November 6, 2013. b) BDDW, 3450 Salmon Street, Philadelphia, PA, First Floor, Metal Shop- The Wilton Cold Saw, Modello Willy, had an unguarded circular saw blade exposing the operator to severe lacerations or amputations while operating the metal saw. Observed on or about November 6, 2013.

This condition created the potential for cutting or abrading the cord and exposing conductors.
