29 CFR 1910.124(h)(4): Employees working with chromic acid were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts, especially their nostrils: a) At the facility, on or about November 6, 2013 - The employer did not provide a Zinc Line Operator, who works with chromic acid, with a periodic examination. b) At the facility, on or about November 6, 2013 - The employer did not provide a Zinc Line Supervisor, who works with chromic acid, with a periodic examination. East Liberty Electroplating Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.124(h)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312628456, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 17, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 1126 Butler Plank Road, Glenshaw, PA 15116.
