29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about November 1, 2013, Campbell Roofing, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Francisco Lopez, a subcontractor, were protected from fall hazards. Workers were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
