29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, or by any of the following means: a. On or about November 06, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting hardwood floor removal in the cyber cafe were exposed to live parts of an electrical outlet which was not properly enclosed to protect against accidental contact, thereby exposing the employees to electrical hazards.
