29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) On the roof of the Clubhouse located at 4650 Living Springs Drive, Powder Springs, GA: Employees using Pneumatic Hitachi Nail Gun [Model: 83A2 (S1)] were not protected from eye injuries while installing 1/2" OSB Plywood Sheathing on the roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Roof, Community Clubhouse building located at 4650 Living Springs Drive, Powder Springs, GA: Employees engaged in roof sheathing installation activities on a 10:12 pitched roof at eave heights of approximately 12-feet were not provided with a fall protection system.
