29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  a) Lot 140, Skylark Crossing, Powder Springs, Georgia: An employee using an Air Locker AL83-A Full Head 3 ¼nailer was exposed to eye injuries, in that; no protective eyewear was being worn.     Silva Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947474, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/14/1014, with respect to a workplace located at 4650 Living Springs Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Lot 140, Skylark Crossing, Powder Springs, Georgia: An employee laying roof sheathing was exposed to a lower level fall hazard of approximately 9 feet, in that; no fall protection was in use.    Silva Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 947474, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/14/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4650 Living Springs Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127.    Silva Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 927465, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2013, with respect to a workplace located at  Belaire Drive Lot 73, Powder Springs, GA 30127.    Silva Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 918096, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/26/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 2086 Belaire Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127
