29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i) : When a powered industrial truck was left unattended, load engaging means was no fully lowered, controls were not neutralized, power was not shut off, and brakes were not set:  Near the east side of the parking area on or about November 8, 2013, the parking brake was not set on a Komatsu 20 forklift. A dump truck drove next to the fork lift that morning to dump rocks for the french drain. The operator was not within 25 feet of the forklift.
